All about our carbon-neutral deliveries

What area is served by Écoscéno? 

We deliver from our warehouse located in the east of Montreal, to the area around the Décarie highway.

Did you know? From 6.7 kilometers, it is more ecological to have your order delivered! (source)

When do deliveries take place?

You will receive your delivery on the Thursday following your order, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Our team will contact you during the day to give you an estimate of the arrival time. 

Can I collect my purchases on-site? 

Absolutely! You can choose the "pick up on-site" option when placing your order. To ensure safety and sanitary conditions, we will make an appointment to reserve the time of your pickup. Pick-up appointments are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We are located at 2350 Dickson, local 600.

What are the delivery rates? 

The price of delivery will be calculated automatically during checkout according to these categories:

Why does my purchase qualify as "delivery with mover service"?

Your order likely includes one large item that needs to be carried by two people safely, or too many small items that require multiple round trips. 

What is the "production service"? 

This is a service we offer to cultural productions that need large stage elements. To accommodate these large orders, we have to rent a 20’ truck and we need more time to load and unload the truck, as well as more manpower. Our price is evaluated according to the standard price of rental of a truck and labor by cultural productions.

How is the delivery price calculated?

How is Écoscéno's delivery carbon neutral?

We offset our carbon emissions through the Carbone Boréal program. In addition, we take care to optimize our itinerary each week, in order to take the shortest route between all our stops. In addition, the sending of small packages is operated by Courant Plus, a Montreal ecological delivery service. 

I may be absent during the Écoscéno delivery time. Can my order be left outside? 

Yes, when placing your order, you can leave us a specific note on this in the notes section. Please do not hesitate to contact us at 438.889.4317 for any last minute changes. In such a case, Écoscéno is not responsible if something should happen to the order.
