Where is the warehouse?
Our warehouse is located at 2350 Dickson street, local 600, loading dock #24.
What methods of payment are accepted at the warehouse?
We accept payments by debit and credit card.
How does Écoscéno determine prices?
Our team of evaluators estimates the value of materials in unused condition. Depending on the condition of the item, the sale price will be around 70% of the item’s original estimated value.
What safety measures are you taking during COVID-19?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, please do not visit us if you are not feeling well, especially if you have unusual breathing problems (runny nose, fever, shortness of breath, sneezing, etc.). If you decide to visit us, please respect the following hygiene requirements:
Wear a mask.
Keep 2 meters away from others.
Wash your hands before and after your visit.
Cough or sneeze into a handkerchief or the crease of your elbow.
What happens if I recognize a stage element that has potential copyright?
Our team does everything possible to retrace the history of each scenic element with the information we have. It is possible that a copyrighted item may inadvertently end up in our shop. If you identify such an item, please contact us and we will be happy to remove the object if necessary.
Is it possible to rent items?
At the moment, materials and textiles are available for sale only.
PICK UP AN ORDER
How does an order pickup work?
Once your order has been sent, make an online appointment to pick it up at https://calendly.com/collecte/boutique_ecosceno.
On the day of your pickup, plan for a suitable vehicle for transportation, people to help you, and the necessary equipment to ensure independent loading of your order. Please arrive on time for your appointment.
The Écoscéno team will prepare your order for you by the door.
How should I plan for transportation?
It is your responsibility to provide a vehicle suitable for the size and weight of your items. Contact us before you place your order if you are uncertain of the weight or dimensions of an item.
You are responsible for loading your purchases into your vehicle. As we will not be able to help you outside the warehouse, please provide additional assistance if you have heavy or large objects.
For environmentally-friendly transportation, we recommend the services of Courant Plus.
When can I go to the warehouse?

Can I have my order refunded?
Our refund policy will be available soon.
What if the item I ordered is too big for my vehicle?
Item dimensions are made available on their online listings. If an item cannot fit, you will need to arrange another transportation method accordingly.
Is it possible to have my order delivered?
Unfortunately, our delivery services are temporarily suspended.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
You have 10 business days to pick up your order with no storage charges. Contact us for more details or if you are unable to collect your order within this time frame.
Is the condition of items guaranteed?
No, the manufacture and use of our items may span several years. We cannot guarantee our products and their history may be unknown. We check the state of our items, but they are not tested or certified by an engineer. Remember that in the case of structural usage, it is necessary to have the advice of a professional before use.
DONATING MATERIALS TO ÉCOSCÉNO
How do I donate materials to Écoscéno?
Materials must be approved by our team before they are brought to our warehouse. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and dimensions of the objects if possible.
What kinds of materials does Écoscéno accept?
Écoscéno advocates for ecodesign. Articles we resell must not be single-use or disposable in their design. For example, nailed or splintered particle board that is impossible to modify is unlikely to be reusable. Ask yourself the following question: "Would I reuse these materials myself?” If the answer is yes, there is a good chance that your material will be accepted.
When can I bring materials to Écoscéno?
Please contact us first at email@example.com with the details of your donation. Once our team has selected and approved your items, we can arrange an appointment to collect your donations.
